Project Checklists & Reference Documents
The checklists we use when scoping material packages — readable now as web guides, with printable versions published as they are ready, not before.

Every checklist in this section is first published as a web guide you can read and evaluate in the browser. Printable file versions are added as they are prepared — we do not publish empty download links. The current checklists cover villa, apartment, boutique-hotel and renovation material scopes.

Checklists Published as Web Guides
Each checklist is a complete, readable guide — organized by building system, with what to specify, what to order first and what can ship together.

The full villa material scope — envelope, joinery, stone, bathrooms and furniture — with sequencing for long-lead items and consolidation for delivery.

Multi-unit scopes — unit-type matrices, repeated systems, common-area materials and phased ordering for developer timelines.
Checklist 03

Guest-room joinery, public-area materials and envelope systems for hospitality projects — with the durability and maintenance considerations hotels demand.
Checklist 04

Printable File Versions
Printable versions of these checklists — formatted for site use and client handovers — are in preparation. They will be added to this page as downloadable files when ready. We do not publish download links that lead nowhere; when a file appears here, it exists.
In the meantime, every checklist above is complete in its web-guide form — the printable version will follow the same structure, so nothing is gated behind the file versions.
Checklist PDFs Planned
Printable versions of the four published checklists, formatted for A4 print and site annotation.
Finish reference sheets Planned
Per-category finish families as quick-reference sheets — companions to the catalogs section.
Inspection templates Planned
Pre-shipment and hold-point inspection templates, the same structure our QC process runs on.
How to Use These Checklists
From Checklist to Scoping Conversation
The checklists above are working documents, not marketing material — this is the sequence they are designed for.
1 · Start From What Exists
Begin with the plans, BOQ or room list you already have, and mark the systems that are already purchased or supplied locally — they define the boundary of the package.
2 · Fill Gaps Per System
For each remaining system, note quantities, finish direction and timing. Flag items that need site measurement or existing-condition verification — these drive the technical questions.
3 · Send It for Review
A completed checklist becomes the first input to a scoping review: we return clarifying questions, interface notes and a proposed package structure.
Need a Checklist for a Different Scope?
If your project type is not covered here, tell us the scope — the planning checklists we run internally can usually be adapted to it.
