Frequently Asked Questions
Custom Project Furniture Questions
Can Starveil manufacture furniture from a design rendering?+
Yes. Renderings, references and design drawings can establish the intended appearance. We then resolve dimensions, construction, materials, upholstery, finishes and project requirements through drawings, samples and prototypes before production.
What types of custom furniture are available?+
The range covers movable furniture for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, studies and offices, outdoor spaces, guestrooms and public areas. Product families include sofas, leather and fabric seating, tables, beds, freestanding storage and contract furniture.
What is the difference between movable furniture and built-in cabinetry?+
Freestanding sideboards, buffets, TV stands, bookcases and wardrobes are treated as furniture. Wall-integrated sideboards, media walls, fitted wardrobes and shelving are designed and quoted under Custom Built-In Cabinetry.
Which furniture specifications are confirmed before production?+
Typical confirmations cover dimensions, construction, materials, finish, upholstery, foam or filling, hardware, surface build-up, durability requirements, drawings, samples and packaging.
Is the furniture manufactured by Starveil?
Yes. Sofas, beds, casegoods, dining tables and chairs are manufactured in-house at our own facilities, on the same project documentation, finish standards and multi-stage QC system as our kitchen cabinetry and wardrobes.
Can furniture finishes match the kitchen cabinetry and wardrobes?
Yes — that is the point of coordinating them under one manufacturer. Wood species, veneers and stains are selected together across furniture and joinery, and metal finishes align with the project’s hardware schedule. Samples are approved in one confirmation cycle.
Can I specify my own upholstery fabrics?
Client-specified materials can usually be accommodated — subject to review for durability, flammability requirements and production feasibility. We otherwise propose fabric and leather options coordinated with the project’s interior finishes.
Do you supply furniture for boutique hotels?
Yes. Guest-room and public-area furniture is part of our boutique hospitality scope, specified against FF&E schedules and durability standards. See the boutique hotel solution.
Can I order furniture without a wider material package?
Starveil Solutions focuses on project-based material packages. Furniture is supplied as part of a coordinated interior or whole-house scope — for example alongside kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes and interior systems — rather than as standalone retail orders.
How is furniture packed and delivered?
Upholstered items and casegoods are export-packed and consolidated with the wider material package, so furniture and joinery arrive under one coordinated shipment rather than separate logistics streams.
