Whole-House Material Packages for Private Homeowners
Starveil coordinates material packages for homeowners building a villa or completing a substantial residential renovation, normally alongside an architect and builder. We organize many material categories into understandable decisions, documented approvals and a coordinated delivery plan rather than selling isolated retail items.

Decision Priorities
What Must Be Clear Before a Reliable Proposal
Early clarity reduces hidden assumptions, unpriced interfaces and late approval changes.
Decision clarity
Understand what must be chosen now and what can wait until detailed design.
Budget alignment
Compare materials and alternates with visible scope and trade-offs.
Design-team coordination
Keep architect, builder and supplier working from the same approved information.
Delivery confidence
Know how items will be inspected, packed, shipped and identified for installation.
Working Model
From Project Brief to Controlled Delivery
One documented sequence connects design intent, commercial scope, technical approval, production and handoff.

Plans, location, stage, style references, approximate scope and budget direction establish fit.
- 02
Define the package
We separate must-coordinate systems from categories better sourced locally.
- 03
Approve drawings and samples
Your architect or named approver closes dimensions, finishes and interfaces.
- 04
Manufacture and inspect
In-house and disclosed partner systems follow the approved package and QC plan.

Responsibility by Gate
Deliverables and Approval Boundaries
Every gate identifies what Starveil prepares and what the appointed project team must confirm.
| Project gate | Starveil deliverable | Client / project-team action |
|---|---|---|
| Initial review | Fit assessment, scope map and missing-information list | Homeowner confirms priorities |
| Proposal | Package quotation, assumptions, alternates and exclusions | Homeowner and design team select direction |
| Approval | Drawings, samples and item schedules | Named approver releases production |
| Delivery | QC summary, packing list and shipment plan | Builder manages site receiving and installation |
Starveil is a project material supplier and coordinator, not the architect, builder or local approval authority. Homeowners need an appointed design and site team; our scope, exclusions, installation responsibility and evidence basis are stated before order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Private Homeowners Questions
Do you sell one window or one cabinet to homeowners?+
No. Starveil Solutions works on coordinated project packages rather than retail single-item orders. StarveilBuild is the separate route for standalone window and curtain-wall supply and installation.
Do I need an architect or builder?+
For a villa or substantial renovation, yes. The project team must control design, local approvals, site dimensions and installation while we coordinate the material package.
When should I contact Starveil?+
Ideally during design development or before procurement is fragmented. Plans do not need to be final, but project location, stage and broad scope should be clear.
Can you work from inspiration images?+
Yes for design direction. Final products still require approved dimensions, materials, hardware, drawings and physical finish references.
How do I compare the proposal?+
Review scope completeness, exclusions, evidence, sample route, installation responsibility, packing, Incoterms and change control—not only unit price.
