Project Story
Brief, Supplied Scope, Technical Response and Result
Client brief
Create a quiet, minimal indoor pool with a broad calm water surface, soft overhead light, natural greenery and year-round thermal and humidity control.
Scope supplied
Translucent ceiling panels, basalt and volcanic-stone pool surfaces, vertical light niches, insulated glazing, travertine flooring, teak-base loungers and environmental-system coordination.
Technical response
Moisture-resistant ceiling details, controlled light distribution, condensation-resistant glazing interfaces, and coordinated scheduling across pool equipment, finishes, lighting and furniture.
Completed result
Soft ceiling light and dark stone suppress visual noise on the water while the glazed side brings daylight and greenery into the space. Fabrication, packing, shipment and site guidance followed one coordinated sequence.

Coordination Pattern
What the Case Demonstrates
- 01
Define the brief
Translate the desired result into product, finish, performance and interface priorities.
- 02
Coordinate the scope
Connect drawings, samples and category responsibilities before production.
- 03
Control manufacture
Use approved information and product-specific QC hold points.
- 04
Plan the handoff
Pack, identify and deliver items according to the project sequence.
The case demonstrates the stated scope and result only. New projects require their own dimensions, environmental criteria, approvals, exact product evidence and installation planning.
